In this 90-minutes fitness, nutrition, and mindset online workshop (we'll go longer if you have more questions!), you'll learn how to make tweaks in your routines in order to reach your health and fitness goals.
During this workshop, you'll learn how to:
✨Implement a structured and successful morning routine that will keep you on track and at peace (yes, less stressed!) during the day!
✨Make adjustments to your workouts so you can still feel the burn, correct your form, and maximize caloric burn during your home workouts!
✨ Clean out your pantry and make smarter choices with small, easy swaps you can have delivered to your home (plus you'll get Kristin's "Toss This, Try That!" Pantry List with comprehensive explanations)
*BONUS*💪🏼There will also be a 30-minute mat workout (low-moderate intensity) portion with ZERO equipment needed (mini-bands optional!)
