Join Suzanne Gundersen + Jax Burbage to learn and experience how to naturally transform your stress and release anything that is no longer serving you. You will gain insight into the body’s amazing human stress response and experience self-use, easy to learn techniques that relieve and release tension, stress & trauma.
This 3-hour experience includes yin yoga, energy exercises, + TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), and healthy snacks + sips provided by FroPro and Rishi Tea + Botanicals.
TRE is a somatic stress regulation technique that releases deeply held patterns of tension & accumulated stress by literally shaking it off. Gentle stretches invite the body to naturally discharge stress, help the body relax, and restore nervous system wellbeing while building resilience. When the body overheats it sweats, when the body is overwhelmed, it shakes.
