About the Event
Your mini wellness retreat will include movement, stimulation, + stillness.
The first hour Leslie Glickman will lead a vinyasa flow to get things moving and then Dr. Shivani Gupta will take you into a deep discussion about your Doshas and Ayurveda. The evening will end with a yin yoga practice with Leslie as you are serenaded by a live violinist Alex Johnson.
4:00-5:00PM MOVEMENT - VATA. Vinyasa flow with Leslie to energize and move your body, create a little heat and detox physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
5:00-6:00PM STIMULATE + LEARN - PITTA Circle in for organic cold pressed juice, hot tea, and a light snack break as Dr. Shivani holds a discussion about your Dosha and Ayurveda - learn your Body Type/ Constitution and how this affects all aspects of your life. This hour will end with a Q & A with both Leslie and Dr. Shivani.
6:00-7:00PM STILLNESS - KAPHA Yin Yoga is the journey into stillness. This long slow deep practice is appropriate for all level students and is the perfect way to end our time together. A candlelit yin practice with live violin music led by Leslie.

Please bring your own mat, mask, blanket + something to cover your eyes!
