On the Aloft Rooftop, Kristin Akbasli, CPT, FNS, CISSN, FMS will teach a 45-minute workout that will burn fat, build muscle, and torch calories. You’ll work every muscle in your body during the high and moderate intensity circuits using free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight. This class is for ALL fitness levels and accommodations are made for limitations.
Post workout attendees will enjoy plant-based protein small bites & snacks to fuel their workouts and help them achieve their health and fitness goals in 2020!
During the nutrition workshop, Kristin will discuss optimal protein levels and sources for building and maintaining muscle mass. She’ll share how to easily incorporate more plants into the diet in order to reduce inflammation, improve energy, and promote weight loss and muscle gain. With Kristin’s guidance, all participants will create a 2020 game-plan with specific action steps to take for immediate results!
