I created my revolutionary Modern Ayurveda program and Fusionary Formulas to fuse east and west practices for self-care, digestion, stress reduction and metabolism. My goal is to ensure no more women sacrifice their health for the life they deserve.

I am dedicated to sharing the healing properties of Ayurveda and bridging the gap between our hectic modern lives and applications of conscious living. Our initial consultation, whether it’s a house call in the comfort of your own home, in my office, or virtually with a cup of tea on Skype, it is a time for me to listen to you and learn about you and your health.
Together, we create a comprehensive assessment of your health: I ask you about past and current symptoms and illnesses, infections, surgeries, prescription medications, supplements and alternative treatments, and your family history of medical problems. We explore your life stressors, work conditions, habits and lifestyle choices. I examine important elements such as your vital signs, your skin, pulse, tongue, your heart and lungs. In other words, I assess your physical structure from the Ayurvedic perspective.
In the end, I determine your Ayurvedic constitution—your prakruti. Based on this assessment, I make recommendations on how we can help your body get back to its natural, balanced state of health and well-being. These recommendations may include lifestyle and diet changes, herbal therapies, other relevant holistic modalities, meditation and yoga practices, seasonal routines and exercise.

Gentle Ayurvedic Detox
A gentle Ayurvedic detox nourishes the mind, body and soul by removing toxins from the body. Toxins live in our environments, household products, food and even our thoughts. There are a few different ways to detox: eliminating certain foods, adding more nutrients to your diet, or fasting. I will guide you through a process to determine the best type of cleanse for your body so you can feel clear, focused and energized.
